'The Suite' Clinic Room
'The Suite’ is our one of leading clinic rooms, featuring gorgeous Georgian features coupled with all the mod cons. With two clinic beds, a flatscreen TV, sofa, lots of storage area, a portable sink, and more, it’s one of the largest (and nicest) clinic rooms available to hire on Rodney St.
'The Bay' Clinic Room
“The ‘Bay’ is a leading multi-station clinic room, with its massive bay window taking centre stage. It has 4 huge mirrors, offering an option for multiple practitioners to be working at once, and comes fully kitted with stylish touch-to-open storage cabinets, wood-effect worktops, and a countertop waterfall tap & sink.
'The Studio' Clinic Room
“The Studio” is the perfect clinic mix between having clients and shooting content, thanks to multiple setup options. It also comes with two gorgeous white leather and wood chairs, a flat screen Samsung TV, and has ability to create dynamic setups that allow for clients and filming alike.
'The Perch' Clinic Room
'The Perch' has a beautiful spot overlooking Rodney Street, and has two large windows letting in lots of natural light. It’s also immediately beside a client bathroom especially for top floor clinics, making everything even easier for your clients.

The price depends on the clinic room you book.
You can find our entire pricing list by downloading our brochure, but prices range between £45 and £95 per day, which is easily the best value you’ll find on Rodney St.
Optional paid marketing services are available separately through Wellness At: Group under a separate agreement and invoice. They do not form part of the room licence.
Yes, utility bills (such as heating, electricity, water, and WiFi) are included in the price you pay.
You can find the full inclusions list in our downloadable brochure, but overall it includes:
- A modern, well-equipped clinic room (bills included)
- All utility bills
- A reception for access control
- WiFi
Practitioners operate independently and are responsible for their own services, pricing, bookings and client relationships.
Optional paid marketing services are available separately through Wellness At Group under a separate agreement and invoice. They do not form part of the room licence.
We’re super flexible, so you can book as little as 1 day a week. We do require all practitioners sign for a minimum license to occupy agreement which is 6 months.
There could possibly be similar independent brands to what you offer. We have no influence, control, or input on treatments, marketing or bookings for any of the brands based here, and are all required to manage their own, so you may find overlap.
