Wellness At 57 Christmas Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Wellness At 57, a trading name of Perfectly You Ltd (Company No. 15009146), registered address: 57 Rodney Street, Liverpool, L1 9ER, United Kingdom.

1. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
  • The tagged +1 must also be a UK resident aged 18+.
  • Entrants must hold a valid, public Instagram account.
  • Employees of Perfectly You Ltd, Wellness At 57, partner brands, associated providers, their agents, or their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Entries submitted via third-party services, bots, automated systems, giveaway-only accounts, or fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

  • Opens on the date/time shown in the Instagram post.
  • Entries close at 23:59 (UK time) on 23 December 2025.
  • Winner announced on 24 December 2025 (Christmas Eve).

3. How to Enter

Participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Like the giveaway post.
  2. Share the post to their Instagram Story for at least 24 hours.
  3. Tag their chosen +1 in the comments.
  4. Follow all five participating brands listed in the post.

Additional Entry Rules

  • Only one entry per person. Multiple comments/tags do not provide extra entries.
  • Entrants must not use multiple accounts.
  • Entrants must have a public Instagram account at the time of winner verification.
  • Entrants may be required to provide proof of completing all entry steps, including a screenshot of their Story share.
  • No purchase necessary.

4. The Prize

  • One winner receives a Wellness Package for 2, worth up to £1,000.
  • Each person (winner and +1) may select five treatments, each worth up to £100.
  • Only one treatment per brand per person.
  • Treatments subject to availability, provider suitability, opening hours, and scheduling.
  • Treatments may need to be booked on separate days.
  • Prize must be redeemed within 6 months unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, not exchangeable, and may not be resold.
  • If any brand or treatment becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute an equivalent option of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • A random draw will be used to select the winner from valid entries.
  • Winner contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @wellnessat57.
  • Wellness At 57 is not responsible for messages going to “Requests” or not being seen.
  • Winner must respond within 72 hours. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and redraw.
  • Winner may be required to provide:
    • Full name
    • Proof of age
    • Confirmation of identity
    • Evidence of completed entry steps
    • Acceptance of these T&Cs

6. Prize Fulfilment & Treatment Conditions

  • Winners arrange treatments directly with participating providers.
  • Providers may impose additional terms, including:
    • Health or medical suitability checks
    • Patch tests
    • Cancellation rules
    • Consent forms or questionnaires
  • Providers reserve the right to refuse treatment for medical, safety, or behavioural reasons.
  • Wellness At 57 and Perfectly You Ltd are not liable for:
    • Treatment outcomes
    • Allergic reactions
    • Side effects or contraindications
    • Missed or cancelled appointments
    • Any dispute between winners and providers

7. Responsibilities of Entrants

  • Entrants must ensure all entry steps are completed correctly.
  • Entrants must obtain consent before tagging another person.
  • Entrants must not post inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data is used only for:
    • Running the giveaway
    • Contacting the winner
    • Prize fulfilment
  • Data handled following UK GDPR.
  • Winner’s Instagram username may be publicly announced.
  • No data is shared with third parties except for prize-related purposes.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Participants:

  • Release Instagram from all liability.
  • Acknowledge that all information is provided to the promoter, not Instagram.

10. General Conditions

  • The promoter may refuse entries or disqualify entrants for:
    • Fraud
    • Failure to complete required steps
    • Abuse, harassment, or violation of platform rules
    • Use of bot or giveaway-only accounts
  • The promoter may amend, cancel, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.
  • The promoter is not responsible for:
    • Technical issues
    • Internet failures
    • Lost, delayed, or corrupted entries
    • Inability to contact winners
  • All promoter decisions are final.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Wellness At 57 and Perfectly You Ltd accept no liability whatsoever for:

    • Provider actions, errors, or negligence
    • Missed appointments or unavailable treatments
    • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Participants enter at their own risk.
  • Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
